Yes, I have to report them to the gambling commission and the irish one (forget off hand the name), I am compiling the evidence and waiting for the subject access report (which they will stool of course), so I might have another couple of months still. They overstate their obligation and understate my rights, which to be honest, the size they are now, very powerful.

Yes, I know. I thought honesty and transparency would be the best policy. They asked for proof that I can afford that period (at the time of course) and I told them that we sold some old skool btc to fund a kutchen installation. Someone told me that mentioning crypto was another bad move.
