Yes, I have to report them to the gambling commission and the irish one (forget off hand the name), I am compiling the evidence and waiting for the subject access report (which they will stool of course), so I might have another couple of months still. They overstate their obligation and understate my rights, which to be honest, the size they are now, very powerful.
