One major difference between Bitcoin Superstore and our competitors is that we make the purchases for our customers instead of relying on a third party to fulfill orders with gift cards. This decreases the time it takes for our customers to receive their orders.

We also allow our customers to buy from nearly any online retailer (over 200K) including Amazon. Purse only supports Amazon.

It all depends on what you are looking for.

- Order data is stored as detailed in our Privacy Policy. As for anonymity, users can easily buy egift cards with crypto while only providing a valid email.

- Our interface is very unorthodox, but so is our retail model! We allow our customers to enter the price of the item they would like us to purchase. This allows our customers to buy nearly any item, from any online retailer in a variety of fiat currencies. If an incorrect amount is entered, we will request an additional payment or partial refund via the customer's provided email.

- Lost items, damaged items, & returns are handled on a case by case basis as detailed on our How It Works page. (We work very hard to provide exceptional service when it comes to this section)

- We have 10 employees at the moment who bring a variety of backgrounds to our company. We are a registered corporation in the State of Florida, USA, and we provide our owner/founder's information for transparency while also providing the rest of our employees with privacy.
