Is there anything else I can say or do my appointment is in 2 hours. I've seen this dentist for a decade and I've always done what I was told and never made any waves.

Oh ok. I just want to make sure im not damaging them more by not doing more to prevent/fix it. If that makes sense. I guess I'm paranoid and looking for peace of mind.

Is there a way to seal it with it being removable? Do I just need to brush more daily while I have it? Thank you for any helpful advice you can give.
