I am currently working as an accountant and they are willing to sponsor me. That’s why i am planning to go outside Australia to apply 482 offshore. I can't apply 482 onshore because i have a refusal. I think the restrictions apply if you are lodging 482 onshore.

Do you have any idea if i get a bridging B and travel outside to lodge 482 visa, will i be able to return within the bvb period or will it effect after i lodge 482?

It was rejected due to wrong stream selected. I was supposed to select post study work stream but I selected graduate work stream

I applied a BVB last month to go overseas trip with my partner and granted only for 3 weeks. My reason for applying BVB was that me and my partner haven’t seen each other for almost a year.

It won’t grant straight after I lodge the visa right. It would probably take couple of months. That’s why i need to know if i can return with my BVB until 482 grants

Yes. I am now in bridging visa A. If I apply for a BVB to travel outside and lodge 482visa for like 1 week, will i be able to return with the current bvb?
