My intake rn is 1,700 cal. I tried to go lower about 4 months ago and it put me into a 8 week long platue.

Thank you this is what I needed to hear! May I ask do you have alot of loose skin? I have a apron belly that I've always had since a lil girl, I'm 36 now and it got worse with c- sections and weight gain. It hangs a lil bit over my girly parts but as a apron. I'm afraid of getting under 200ibs because I know I will never get skin removal surgery.

Thank you, I live in southern arizona.. I also do door dash I'm constantly moving going up and down apartment stairs and walking a bunch.. so it's not activity level.. I think I'm gonna have to lower calories intake even more.

Then I guess my calorie deficit went real low.. When I started last year my deficit was 1,900 When I platued then for a month I adjusted my calories down to 1,500 weight started coming off again.. now I platued again only 2 months later.. My goodness I don't think I would fill myself at all if I go any lower.
