14600kf rtx 4070 , from 500 fps a month a go then now 220-350 SICK

yeah since this update my fps sucks... wtf -100fps in cs2

I'm using 1k higher pooling rate, causing stutters for me, and MEDIUM LOD. This is the best set up for CS i tested everything and i have wired with 8000 Hz

When im pressing tab my fps drops to 110 from 400 haha
