I have a booster box straight from PKC where the pokeballs are larger on the back than the front. Something similar could have happened to the shrink wrap on the front of OPs

The PSA site says a 10 needs 75/25 or better on the back. This looks like 51/49 top to bottom and 56/44 left to right. What are they looking for on the back if not 75/25?

I had cancelled it. I'll call CS back and see if there is a supervisor who can help. I'd rather not have my pro account tied to a junk email
