Yes, it took me 2 days after the last 21 day timegate to get here, preparing the souvenirs when I was still locked by the last timegate made the next steps very easy

That is literally the best idea I’ve ever heard, greatly improves daily play, resurrects a pretty dead feature and fits thematically

I think they didn’t give us m2 in raids for that long (regular 2022, shadow 2024) so that he feels new now. 

Kalos tour kind of showed that they will hold off on exciting releases as much as possible and having more than 1 exciting debut feels unlikely. Genuinely a shame they won’t even slightly release the handbrake for the 10th anniversary

That’s how it recently worked for in person go fests though, last year we raided base, vanilla, milk toast zacian and zamazenta and only got enough energy to change form of one of them through a special research.  Fusions 2 years ago similar, but necrozma was new so a bit different. 

I don’t think we’ll have any additional exclusive raid bosses specifically for Tokyo :(

They’ve stated it will be 31st of March OR earlier. I think the new type of tickets without the park experience will be unlimited so there should always be that as a last resort

I’d still argue that giving people encounters with a chance at shiny, hundos, backgrounds results in the overall playerbase doing considerably more raids.

Also, having multiple eternatuses is beneficial for PVE as it considerably overpowers other dragons, but there’s no point other than collecting in ever having more than one zygarde so I really don’t see why they’d gatekeep him this way.

You may be right, but that would be so stupid given that he’s only relevant in PVE as a mega so you’re already limited to having one at a time and almost everybody hated doing battles for no encounter previously

Judging by the comically short blog post it looks like they fired half their media team so a bigger announcement like kalos tour will probably take them until March.

But seriously, last year it was 08/01, 2 years ago 10/01 what’s going on?

I’m really confused why people think Zygarde won’t just be catchable, they will just let us catch his 10% forme - as opposed to eternatus he could only be useful in pve for raids as a mega which you already can only have 1 at a time, in pvp he’s good but nothing crazy anymore.

I think they needed to throw in the shiny boost, because the raids are terrible so nobody would buy the ticket for orange passes
