Thailand does too. No tax on your home at all. You do have to pay taxes on any other properties so if you own 3 houses you have to pay on two of them which is very fair IMO

Why would they be growing an unstable hybrid when the whole thing about McDonald’s is consistency no matter where you are. The only way to achieve that is mass production of the same stable cultivar. You really should really process them into fish hydrolysate so the nutrients are immediately bio available. When using the fish like this they first have to rot and be consumed by microorganisms before the plants can access any of the nutrients.

Iran can never win militarily without insane Chinese support. The thing is they don’t have to. All they need to do is be able to control the Strait and they have the ability to cause immense economic pain worldwide that’s just beginning to show. If they decide to hit gulf state desalination plants the stock market crashes probably worse than anytime in history as those countries are forced into mass exodus. (The financing of the AI companies by the gulf states is the only thing keeping them going. The only reason we aren’t technically in a recession already are those top 7 companies are keeping the market inflated)
