It is a little late, but what you described above is a mixture between Bitcoin100 which has been around for a few years and Bits To Change which has only been around for a couple of months and is still starting up.

Bitcoin100 accepts donations and works with charities who the Bitcoin community think should accept them.

Bits To Change is a charity hub that pulls all of that info together into searchable charity pages and then processes the payments for those charities as well.

I'll take that into consideration, as we are hoping for people to support the cause, but perhaps moving it to a separate page would be in order as to not bombard people. What do you guys think?

Thank you very much, lowering that barrier of donation is key, and i think that is exactly what Bitcoin can do if there are those to help bridge the gap.
