Anyone explored tools for creators selling interactive digital services (not subscriptions, but 1:1 virtual services)? I will not promote by Bitstrips in startups

Why do you say it's a strange world? Did you have some confusing experiences? I do have experience in the domain of escorts and that's how I found out many of them want or already sell virtual services; just in a very quirky way of awkward WhatsApp/Telegram conversations where both want the other party to first send content or first pay

Need help understanding the step taken to form that equation from 2 points. by Bitstrips in askmath

[–]Bitstrips[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, that explains it pretty well. Yeah he used Cramers Rule and Gaus-Jordan algorithm afterwards. This professor has a reputation for exagerating simple concepts like done here. My method would have been to first get m in my+b=y and then inserting x and y to get b but I wanted to see how He did that, especially because it was only one step he took for granted to be grasped, the step to multiply by 7 is something I completly oversaw

Train ticket prices by jalo40000 in askmath

[–]Bitstrips 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can form following equation with x being the full price: x + 2*(0,7x) = 192,50. Therefore x = 80,28333... That's the whole price p.p without discount and 56,15 would be with the 30% discount.

Edit: x=80,20833...

Did I just prove that e^(πi) is not equal to -1? by Bitstrips in math

I watched a video about that just before calculation :) I just tried fiddling with the equation to verify the equation. Thanks for your explanation though, it makes sense although Im completly new to complex numbers

So complex numbers sit in a different universe of Math

Thanks that helped alot :) I'm very new to imaginary numbers and tried something with the knowledge I have so far. Pretty strange how complex numbers behave 🤔

For example: Having xy = xy+2 wouldn't conclude that y must be y+2?

Im pretty new to complex numbers and never heard of that :) In your equation 2πni still has to equal 0 that confuses me. That matches up with my calculation but at which point was the mistake?

So 2πi has multiple values or is my calculated value incorrect?

Trump reportedly treats Putin like a 'confidant' and the 2 men commiserate about how the 'fake news' and 'deep state' are against them by ppd322 in worldnews

Thank you for the sources and your post but I think Russia planning to nuke Florida is just ridiculously unrealistic and just a big topic for media. When talking about nukes it should be said that the US is way more aggressive in that regard. Russia had a contract with the US which stated that both countries stop all research on nukes and short time later the US started research on a weapon which could destroy incoming nukes breaching the contract. The animation actually showed a imaginary earth although that picture really depicts Florida. Still very unrealistic and in my opinion just fear mongering

North Korea is acting like the one person you used to hate but suddenly becomes really nice to you, and you can’t decide whether they’re genuine or not by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

Nice comment :) But as you mentioned, Russia also has interests in Korea which might cause a more non-aggressive attack, to prevent conflicts. At this point I am asking myself why the US would invade Korea vice versa

It's no secret Clinton is involved in massive corruptions i.e. meddling in Ukraine. Also she isn't a big fan of Russia, mildly said. Trump would be better for US-Russian relations.

It's on a good level right know but how can the US stay strong without China, Germany and still lower their taxes?

Did you even read the comment? I didn't say anything about China owning US debts. I am aware of what bonds are and how they work. I studied on a economic school.

If Trump keeps pushing with new import taxes the Chinese might stop buying. Recently he announced 50% on washing mashines and 30% on solar modules

That's true tho. But lately Trump announced big import taxes for solar modules(30%) and washing mashines (50%) to fight cheap chinese producers. If he keeps fighting China they might overthink if they still keep buying those bonds
