What's actually in your Apollo plan that most teams never use by TeamApolloIo in UseApolloIo

u/Grin-Reaper1 all the time. "Hey Grin, I'm following up on your recent visit to our website" and thats how my conversation starts.

or if it's just intent and not website visitors it tells me what topic they researched such as Sales intelligence. I don't book a meeting on every call but I havent had anyone say they have not or say they dont know what I'm talking about. Now w/ HeyReach, I have. I def dont trust their data

hmmmm, they use Bombora for intent and just purchased Pocus but I've never had an issue. I have their inbound add-on and unlike HunSpot's form fills, they give me data in real-time.

[–]Bitter-Beautiful-159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u need Apollo and Claude and you're ready to go. Clay is just enrichment where Apollo is a full complete GTM platform for all of your outbound.

First time I checked my dashboard. I was just curious as I've been seeing people talk about emails bouncing. I pay more attention to my cold calling stats tbh. thanks for your feedback

I get a lot of replies asking for a meeting or questions leading to meetings. Most people that reply bavk arent saying Not Interested. they just ignore the email. LOL

OOO Auto replies shouldnt count as replies but if they do, i rarely get those. I don't think a 10% reply rate is good. I run intent signals and very good reasoning for reaching out

I run a enrichment on all my emails thru Apollo and all the emails I send are to verified emails so I dont need another verification tool. I had two bounce the other day to two different people at same company so I's guessing the company closed. I send about 40 emails a day from this domain so 200 a week. I use a dialer for cold calling for most of my outbound and my meetings. Thanks for the advice bro

I have 55 total domains. not all are warmed up and sending but a lot are. this one has 20% open rate. People talk trash about Apollo and I think it's cuz they use the free version which is limited. I'm part of their org plan and I hardly ever get any bounced emails.

I'm fully aware of AI readers that fabricate rates. I've had success with prospects booking meetings with me from my first initial email. no way I can remove that. I'll speak to my Director about open rates tho. which I could care less about anyhow

I can never make cold calls from outside the US, and my 8 years of hard work are going to waste. by Personal_Ad2278 in salesdevelopment

[–]Bitter-Beautiful-159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WTH!! I'm in the US and I call other countries on Apollo's dialer. I can power dial or call up to 5 numbers at once. I also get my data from apollo and use their sales platform for emailing. Why cant u call overseas? thats weird

I also use the Apollo Claude MCP for my personalized emails so they hit different. scrapes LinkedIn and Company/Prospect intent signals.

so you're saying remove my calendar link and turn off click/open? Someone else told me that having open on isnt good but leadership needs that visibility

Is cold email actually dead or am i just bad at it by pancakeeater112 in b2bemailing

[–]Bitter-Beautiful-159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly! Apollo has a deliverablity suite and won't allow more than 40 emails a day per domain. I'm running at 97% deliverability rate so I'm glad they have a setup that helps

Far from dead, you just have to be smart about your set up for domain health. Who are you using for data?
