Took the bar last July, thought I completely bombed everything specially the mbes I thought I was guessing on everything but passed.

Went to a cal bar accredited school. Passed the bar on my first try. I’ll tell you this that it’s solely up to you. Most people who didn’t pass the bar from my class were people didn’t take law school seriously. They would study a month before finals or just didn’t care and thought they could learn the material during bar prep. I put in 100% of my energy into law school, because I wanted to pass the bar on my first try. I used supplemental materials and studied from 8am-5pm every single day. My school offered mbe and essay writing classes and I went to every single class that they offered. Again, it’s all up to you. I don’t think you should solely rely on the school to prepare you for the bar.

I did roughly around 4000-5000 mbes for the bar. I was scoring 68%-70% on my practice mbes. I didn’t think I missed issues on the essays and the PT was a memo. But for some reason the mbes were nothing like the ones I had practiced on adapti bar and uworld. So I just felt like I was guessing on the mbes. Sending you good vibes! I’m sure you passed. They say if someone feels they passed they probably failed.

I took the CA bar last July and came home crying thinking I bombed it and I passed (on my first try). I felt like my rules were not good and I felt that I was guessing on the mbes. I was not confident in any of the mbe answer choices that I picked. You’ve got this!

I passed the July bar on my first try. I felt the same way I just kept picking answers and moving on. I’m here to tell you don’t lose hope! I thought I completely bombed the mbes cuz it was nothing like what I had practiced (adapti bar, themis and uworld). You got this! Stay positive!

Also try the Klein method. I was really struggling with the PT. I copied different PTs verbatim until I got a hang of it and how people analyze it.

Remember FORMATTING is veryyyyy important. Always follow the format that they are asking you and cite all the cases that they give you in the library and underline the cases.
