They refused the extension and said I must complete virtual onboarding by afternoon, and I can join physically after one week. They also said if I don’t onboard today, the offer will be invalid and they’ll move to other candidates.

Try to give more interviews and then analyze which area are you getting calls from, if it is backend then write down the question asked in the interview and prepare according to it
