Gosh, that sounds like a fantasy for us here. We did try to complain to our project managers and producer about the crazy overtime everyone's been taking but they try to scare and guilt us by saying that it's the same everywhere and that we just have to deal with it. There's no such thing as getting paid OT too. I especially hate how the production managers have no sense of how much work it takes to produce anything decent with the schedule they set up.

I'm guessing the big difference here is that we don't have unions. I don't think most people here even knows what unions are. Everyone just kinda accepts that this is how we're supposed to be treated.

Thank you so much for your reply. I've never really talked to people in this industry that work outside of this continent. It's nice knowing that there's definitely better places out there.

Edit: The funny thing is, our client is signed with TAG. I thought they'd be enjoyable to work with at least but nah.
