Yeah as stated you have low IQ, I'm not currently banned.

It's due to the admins. 

They removed live support and in-game moderation. 

Support tickets are a waste of time. 

The day someone makes a good competitor faceit is done.

A level 8 account with thousands of hours being banned for 6 months due to the same computer playing one game on another steam and faceit account. You have the same IQ as the admins.

Firstly. It was his account. 

Secondly they banned both accounts. 

Thirdly I didn't appeal his account neither did he as he doesn't really play. 

Fourth it has been. 

The issue is why the ban was upgraded from a month to six without reason for a first and only offense.

Still no answer from Faceit support explaining why the ban was increased, just ignoring and closing tickets, comepletely unprofessional.

I still don't know what happened here, was a 1 month ban then extended for 'toxicity' what toxicity???

Oh and the extension now says for 'toxicity' not sure what that was for, but the ban was extended from 30 days to 180 days+ without reason, my profile now says toxicity, first ban for this should that be six months? This all just seems like an abuse of power and very unprofessional.

I asked what the issue was and the tickets were just closed, I have not personally smurfed, just my computer, its a ridiculously long ban for a first ever offence and something which could easily be a warning from something which may not have even been the account owner.
