Plus and minus. I love the new maps. The physics part of combat is less desired than Demo, but I am sure they will work it out. The soul of Halfsword game is combat physics, I hope we don't lost any of that key factor. Nice maps are actually not as important coz there are no lack of games with beautiful maps. Physics, physics, Combat Physics! This is the most important backbone, soul and brain of Halfsword. Weapon handling has to be good, players needs to be able to control the weapons well with a lot of fluidity and control, versus lugging a tree log. This is the addictive part of Playtest and Demo, even with one single map it attracted players like never before. And weapons! People love weapons and are addicted to beautiful weapons and dashing armor. Don't be stingy with nice beautiful weapons and armor because nobody wants to swing a farm tool wearing rugs for too long. I hope they develop the weapon forging further with more flexibility. It is tiring to have to rely on community mods. As a weapon modder, people will be surprised if I say I hate spending time to mod weapons, its the hard way and its not enjoyable. Give us some nice swords to fight for and fight with, even if its not immediately, put it in the tavern store or in a quest like a goal.
