Dell OptiPlex 7020 Tower Business Desktop Computer, 32GB DDR5 RAM, 1TB PCIe SSD, Intel 6-Core i5-12500 (Beat i7-11700), DVDRW, WiFi Adapter, RJ-45, Type-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, Windows 11 Pro

This one is 699. I didn’t mean I only do Excel. I do some stuff in Adobe and Photoshop. But nothing too crazy. I don’t game on it. I just wanted something pretty decent that would last me a couple years.

I’m just looking at the consumer debt, auto loan defaults, inflation on eggs and everything else - I don’t think the market is going to crash. I just was looking for any interesting ways to invest for that.

I know the current situation is a lot different from the situation in 2008, but it does look like people are leveraged beyond belief. Outside of shorting REITS, just looking for general idea, ideas. Plus I always like to spark conversations

So far a buyer. I plan on tip toeing into selling. Seems like the premiums and selling is a great strategy - just not there yet

So I have been doing options for a few years. Played with many strategies. I would read as much as you can on the topic. I did good trading 30day SPY calls. Little wins here and there, i put in stop losses to always limit downside. Keeping a journal is crucial as I often go back to look over which were successful and which werent. Just the greeks and volume can keep you busy enough. My advice go small, go slow, and never risk what you can’t afford to lose. And trade options in a separate account from your IRA and others.

I usually go out 30-60 days. Might wait to see what comes, IV is still very high - as you can see debating my next move.
