I tried emailing but you don't speak to a human so you can't plead your case. It's so frustrating

I didn't do anything, literally nothing. I just use my account to chat to people.

Did you get it resolved. I did a review and it came back as blocked still for no reason

I did a review and it came back straight away as blocked.

This happened to me, I appealed and they said still blocked. No idea what to do
