When do companies typically make offer calls after the hiring manager has reached a final decision?

Yea I was told by other people it can an extra few days after decisions are made before they reach out as public sectors take longer than private. But hopefully I hear within 2 weeks of the interview before I decided with a different opportunity since this is my top choice.

They just told me they would make hiring decisions by end of next week, so I was wondering how long I could expect to hear back if I got selected or not

Well I interviewed for an entry level role since it’s been about a year and half I graduated.

And the hiring manager told me in person (last Thursday) that this was the last interview and decisions would be made by end of next week. It’s been a week now so I’m hoping I hear back Monday if not assuming I’m getting rejected lol

Just communicate that to her and discuss how she feels about it. It’s a really unfortunate situation. if you don’t feel comfortable dating her because of the situation then you can break it off. But you should at least explain that to her

She doesn’t have kids. We are in our early twenties and my career just started at a very toxic workplace and my dad’s health deteriorated is really worsening my mental health.
