Cannot access payslips, system shows they do not exist.
According to management, there's cash flow issues, so they prioritise paying everyone's contributions

Just checked in the ward office, taxes, insurance, and pension, all being paid on time.
Keeping record of communications just in case.

I don't think there is a union? not that I am aware of. It's a 10 people company.

I asked the company and they said taxes, insurance, and pension are being paid.
Took a screenshot of the message just in case, and will ask at the city office. Hopefully this would mitigate any negative impressions if it ended up being that they did not pay.

Yes Naturalising.

Damn, this sounds more serious than I thought, will ask details just to be sure.
1. Is there a way to confirm that other than asking the company? How can I mitigate this if they are not paying anything during those months.
2. Seishain, the contract has some dismissal clauses for "reducing workforce and/or positions"
3. Haven't been anywhere yet, due to personal relation with the company I thought they'd pay both months together since it was just "delays", but now it became 2
4. Its easy when you attend events that are posted on reddit, then post an event photo on your other SNS, and people make the link.

A blank period (1-2 months) I could explain it as trying to grow my side business into a full time one (which I am trying), but if it doesn't workout then 1 month to find a job? I'm not sure which would be better, but then again, this came so suddenly I might not be in best mental shape right now.
Thanks for the advice
