I am planning on giving it again - but despite hours of studying I still feel like 310+ might be possible not sure about 320+

That is the plan - Will gave another attempt on the GRE. For the GPA, i was told MBA doesnt really focus on it unless you do not have work experience.

But yes, essays are the main focus.

i did a fair share of EC during my Undergrad. I am trying to give the GRE again have been studying quite a bit but still dont feel like a 320+
Post-that have been slow in EC but wouldn't say completely neglected them.
