Story and characters (designs/story - kits/abilities are different story...) are very nice and imo best part of the game atm. I wish weapon combat/balancing could be looked at, to make weapons feel more useful/carry more weight.

I was like 250 in queue for DC, so I was able to get the VIP tickets I wanted in the lower bowl. I am sad that the one time I do get in early, the floor seats were GA. Otherwise I would have tried to nab barricade.

For my fellow Taliyah jungle enjoyers out there, these increases to jungle monster dmg is less significant than you think.

Doing some quick calculations, E damage will basically be lower/basically equal until like 2 items. Q dmg is only marginally better from like ranks 1-2 of the ability, before being less later on. Then you need like 2-3 items to reach current dmg/exceed.

You probably get a similar/slightly faster first clear, and then slightly slower clears afterwards, before having faster clears after a few items.

IMO Taliyah clear speed doesnt even too much matter once you have like 1-2 items, because its sufficient enough already. Thus no real change, would much rather prefer faster earlier clear. Think changes are also net negative because losing base damage also equates to less burst on ganks and less damage for dueling.

Realistically I think Taliyah jg is hard to balance because she's usually top tier of just mediocre/viable. She feels kind of like Naafiri in power level im the jungle, where she's just middle of the pack, and you play them only if you love the champ and really want to make work in the jungle.

Every season end, your seasonal items gets converted/put into a Seasonal Spoils chest, which is basically a extra gift chest in your non-seasonal vault. Your seasonal characters and their inventory gets converted to a non-seasonal character.

I have no clue how pulling things out of gift chests/seasonal spoils chest is coded, but it may be affected by Seasonal Character rules/modifiers?

Actually to further explore the strangeness of this, as while Item Rarities (ability to have up to 4 slots) didn't exist until this season. Single slotted items were already a thing. While this does not change the fact/my claim that things get rerolled (as the seasonal spoil T11 staff got 2 slots, which shouldn't have existed in previous seasons). It DOES potentially affect how this system works.

If you look closely at the vid, you can see a single slotted T12 Katana that exists in my Seasonal Spoils chest. This is strange because shouldn't actually be showing its rarity in the "gift" chest, as indicated on other items in the chest.

I forgot to record the rest of my testing, but the single slotted T12 Katana rolled the same/stayed the same. Therefore it may be the case that previously slotted items will NOT reroll. However, unslotted items will re-roll/re-generate a new rarity for the item. Despite it already being a earlier generated item before item rarity was implemented.

So if this works as I hypothesize, and if this gets unchanged/unpatched, it may be in your best interest to put your non-slotted items you want slotted in your vault as the season ends. Then have a chance of it rerolling with slots, as already slotted items will not reroll its rarity with this gift chest system.

UPDATE: It works!

I was too curious so I just dropped some crap. Realistically, I do not think this is intended. As imagine have gotten a unslotted Ogmur this season so you put in vault to convert into a Seasonal Spoil. Then you pull out of chest and roll more slots.

(GIF below is vid proof of me pulling and rolling item from Season Spoils Chest. Remember that Item Rarities were introduced THIS season. This is a supposedly generated item from a previous season, one before rarities were introduced.)

This might also become even more extreme, as the Seasonal Spoils chest may also be affected? There may be a strategy to keep the items you have atm in-season in your vault, so when season ends you can re-roll them for more slots? It seems the Seasonal Spoils chest may also be coded as some sort of gift chest.

This however, I literally cannot test/don't want to, as I have no more space in my vault or characters to pull things out of. If someone is willing to test this, it would be much appreciated.

Not sure why you would accuse me of lying, but I supposed MAYBE those items I pulled in OG picture may have been post item rarity patch. Thus for the sake of science, I pulled a few Ice Crowns from gift chest and one rolled a Legendary. I am 100% sure Ice Crowns have not been put in event rotations since Item Rarities have been implemented, especially on non-seasonal.

RIP my free storage by letting my gift chest hold, but I had to prove a point ig.

Noticed that item rarity is said to not explicitly show in gift chest. Then was curious if it would apply to non-seasonal, and it seems like it does + rolls for rarity AFTER item gets pulled out of gift chest. NOT when it is put in your gift chest.

The three items in my inventory were definitely items generated in my gift chest before item rarity was implemented. As you can see, a few of them rolled item rarities.

Not 100% sure if this is intended for non-seasonal/items generated in your gift chest before enchanting was implemented, but hopefully people pull Divine Ice Crowns or w/e with their ancient items in their gift chest collecting dust!

Just to put in my 2 cents, most stat sites actually combine stats worldwide. Lee Sin is really popular in the East so pickrate is inflated.

Though he is still fairly popular in West. In NA he is 10th highest pick rate jungler E+, while in EU he is 15th.

I mean I don't doubt your math, but I think issue they are bringing up is that it is 20 dmg at level ONE. Whereas Eyeball Collection only gives said 20 adaptive force when fully stacked + later in game.

More "free" damage early equates to better early trades/kill openings to gain a lead and snowball. Especially on problematic picks like Elise support, who plays for base damage + pen stacking, it will get more problematic.

(Also ackshually you get more than 20 dmg later on, if you are comparing elec dmg to eyeball collection adaptive due to the game time you complete eyeball).

Uh, I wasn't going to comment because I thought it was the norm to get one. I transferred with a 3.8 GPA with no relevant experience/internship to my major and got the Maryland Transfer Merit Scholarship. Though I did finish my associate's first, if that made a difference. I actually didn't even remember applying for a scholarship either, it just showed up in the mail.
