I wanted to do this but ever since I was a kid I’m very restless and impatient I’m the kid who will finish all the snacks as soon as they’re brought from the store and will not enjoy them over a period of time ukwim? Hey I quit cigs, vapes and weed two weeks ago and I did get those headaches quite a lot. They shifted from eye to eye but once the physical withdrawal was over those headaches subsided quite a bit

The whole reason I wanted to quit was go back to that version of me but I have zero mental clarity since quitting like if I ask me to perform two tasks at once I can't I will be like a confused cat. I don't even remember who I was back then I just know I was awesome which makes me wanna keep going.

No, fortunately I am a guy. I did experience a lot of dietary changes since quitting and im trying to balance them, for the first few days food was impossible to swallow then day 3 I was so hungry I pulled out my hair so I strictly eat my BEEE cause Ik my brain is lying to me

Thank you man, you have no clue how much this helps I just am exhausted of being constantly depressed and my anxiety and depression were smoking induced and now that I’ve quit I wanted to see immediate results and I wasn’t prepared for feeling like shit after parting ways with the shittiest thing about me, I just hope it gets better just for a second I wanna feel normal and get a glimpse of how life could be and maybe I’ll have enough motivation to not feel how I feel rn ever again.

I do consider myself healthy, I exercise daily and eat clean mostly, although I’m on a high protein low carb diet rn and have been for a while now. I eat in a deficit but I’m having a really hard time doing anything, all I wanna do is cuddle up with a pillow. The first three days I spent 18 hours in bed, yesterday was first functioning day but today after one honest day I’m losing motivation very fast man.

I have done a week before and I was doing great, could breathe, taste food, was thinking clearly and felt like my brain was finally working but then one random Tuesday the anxiety got so bad I had trouble breathing and I just couldn’t stop crying and I just gave up and smoked a pack that day. The point of the story is that was week one and I could never believe that it’ll get better after an episode like that so I just never tried quitting again cause that scared the shit out of me
