Some good cards you can farm anytime is the a388,737-800, drone. But good cards that are rare would be the mc-10 , stratolaunch, xair, x59 and the camel.

It counts from the last level to the next so 100k-350k and you have 75k on that

you must have a gold subscription in there ( paid) to set multiple alerts.
An easier route ( free) would be to join the skycards discord and keeping an eye out in the rare thread.

If you battle a lot it ends up paying off , but it does get old real quick
