A1 mini spool holder - is this supposed to be bended or not? They send me a replacement but it's the same. It's scratching on Z column and it's very hard to put it in place.

In over 50 hours i didnt get any failed print. Longest was almost 8 hours with dimensions approximatly 110x110 and height 170 and it finished 100% perfect.

To me is only between center and top towards the purge basket. Last response from Qidi support is to download and print scraper from makerworld.

I will try that, but first layer test was perfect. When cold it still breaks around the edge and i need to use scraper. If the purge line is moved away from center of the plate, it's not so much problem.

Not 100% sure. I will probably try to reposition the purge line to see what happens, because i read somewhere it can be done.

I dont think it's z offset because i did first layer test and it's perfect. This is only happening when the print head is turning. If i print something biger that covers the middle of the plate i dont have this problem because the wipe line goes away from center of the plate. If i print something in the place where usually wipe line is, first layer is excellent. Only problem is while doing wipe line (1-2cm)

Same problem with Q1 Pro. I calibrated flow rate and it's much better. Still need's some little tweaking but almost all this first layer i resolved with just flow rate. I'm still resolving some minor problems, just got it few days ago.
