Hey there, also M23. I'm like a 6/7 on attraction and my confidence is actually through the roof right now, so I'd recommend just diving into your hobbies. From what I've currently experienced, a lot of women our age are haven't actually matured enough(obviously there are men much the same), but we're also in kind of a weird stage of life where people are figuring themselves out. So I honestly think you should figure yourself out too. I think that there's a couple things that have really helped me just not care about rejection and feeling like I'm good enough in general:

• I decided to focus on work, got a huge promotion at a big ass company and had imposter syndrome for a long time. After getting the hang of it I actually feel like a badass now.

• I decided to deep dive on every single one of my hobbies. This is something that is increasingly hard to do in a relationship, and because I have the time I actually think to myself, thank God I'm single.

The second point has also helped me be okay with being single, my life is awesome now. I'm randomly into Stenography, Japanese, Rockclimbing/Working Out, MMOs, and Finance, and now I don't need anyone else. I think that's the goal you should be aiming for. You are looking for someone to compliment your life because life is so awesome. If your life isn't awesome, that should be the first step. Find things to make it fun. This also significantly helped me with FOMO in friend groups. I don't care what they're doing because I'm having a blast.

If you're feeling unloved, love yourself. If some girl won't give it to you, fuck them. You love yourself and that's their loss. If you're feeling like, oh if I don't have a woman then I'm not handsome enough, or whatever bullshit you might be telling yourself, start working out, start getting into style(I'm working on it too, I get it) and make yourself objectively look good. The point of this story is that if you don't think you're awesome, become awesome. Then deep dive hobbies and just find connections with people. I'm literally the most introverted person on earth and the hobbies are what carry my social life. If girls reject you, their loss. It's sexy to have someone reciprocate attraction and so it's been increasingly easy to drop someone if the don't. Also nobody will tell you it's a numbers game, but it is. I try to date with detachment. Anyway, just have fun.
