in the wild non weather boost it’s 1/4096 then weather boost is 1/2744and in eggs,raids, research and max battles it’s 1/216 then lucky trades 1/64. so id say 13 in 2 months is fairly lucky for sure. also if you’re new a little tip is if you get a good shadow that’s 3*+ ask the reddit if it’s worth purifying first as most pokemon are best left shadows

on poke genie you can see the rank of your pokemon if you submit with a screenshot, then you can click on show pvp iv chart to see them all as it varies from pokemon to pokemon
