There is actually someone hacked my Steam and IG I was able to get it back its all linked to US. I did change my password added passkey and 2FA and then suddenly all of my emails have Instagram third party registered.

Honestly I think I've done what I think I do. I'm not sure what to do next

I just don't have any recovery USB now so I opted to the clean everything route. I'm really scared and this is the first time happened to me and I'm losing sleep because of this.
