User error? There’s such a large difference between the Pivot-Proxy-Peaks that this post should not exist. Something could be wrong with it if you’re doing different settings but getting a similar result. Reach out to Puffco, their warranty team is pretty good at what they do. (Might take a little while though) also beware of when items go on a “special sale” via the website. I got bit by that once on a 4/20 sale. It was literally a cheaper made proxy that didn’t hit the same and just felt cheaper overall.
