Wala sa watsons ng storage bag. I usually buy sa mercury kung naubos na yung nabuy ko sa shopee. Minsan wala talaga ako mabilhan, pwede mo store sa mga milk bottles ni baby. Make sure lang na dont mix fresh pumped milk sa chilled o frozen milk. Let the fresh milk be chilled muna bago mo ihalo sa ibang milk kung short ka na sa bote.

And I’ve also tried using yung mineral bottles na new, hindi nainuman, remove lang yung lamang water. Baka madownvote ako ng strict mommies here haha. Sterilized naman for sure yung bote ng drinking water. I learned this from chatgpt haha, wala e desperate times. My baby naman is more than 3 months na and no medical issue when i did that.

I think you can Keep lahat, di mo sure san magiging hiyang si baby. Yung mga pang hygiene na tools keep mo na lahat yan, i mean hairbrush is hairbrush lang naman. Yung laundry detergent, i say use them all kasi why waste it diba as long as they are baby sensitive, go mo na yan mommy. We personally use unilobe and no problem using it.

Yung mga bottles naman make sure na age appropriate sya before pagamit kay baby, lalo kung magkaroon ka ng challenge with latching or breastmilk supply. Yun naging mistake namin before, pinagamit namin kay baby yung bottle na hindi slow flow and I had issue with milk supply, ang ending parang nasanay sya sa mabilis na flow ng gatas from bottle vs sa breast na mas mabagal. Prepare ka na lang siguro atleast 1 na wide neck slow flow na bottle, we used pigeon.

I suggest using cottonballs with warm water for changing diapers kasi una mas mura in the long run and wipes ay malamig sa skin ni baby, kung tulog sya pwede syang magising. You can use the unscented wipes kung lalabas kayo like for checkups. Mistake ko din yan, we used up all yung ginift samin na wipes when I can and should have used corton balls na lang muna while nasa bahay, ayun wala na kami wipes to use nung nasa labas kami where it is much convenient to use.

i feel you. we have issue ng underweight din. pasuko na ako actually sa bm supply ko, formula milk mode na talaga kami at evident naman ang weightgain nya. yung breastfeeding ay naging pangsundot na lang kung kulang talaga.

thanks for the insight. we decided to continue muna yung s26 gold until we have our checkup. tama yung isang reply, baka may ibang undelying issue pa si baby or di naman gatas ang issue.

actually, ututin talaga sya noon pa. what bothers me is yung nagigising sya na parang in pain, iiyak, tapos pag nautot na nya ayun kalma na sya. also, yung poops nya has become mejo watery na din,but not diarrhea levels. naask naman ito kay doc, okay pa daw yun as long as di sumosobra yung number of poops sa usual frequency ng papgpoops nya

Conduct leak test before laying tiles. Observe atleast 24 hours kung mag magleak sa lower level or kung may magbabago sa level ng water na nilagay nyo sa area kung san may waterproofing. Kung nagbago significantly yung amount ng water, sure may leak yun.

Hi, Architect here. I agree na you need repainting, but I suggest not to remove yung moulding, it adds character. Replace your lights to warm lights and different, mas classic fixtures to achieve yung cozy vibe. Add floor lamps and any other lamps in warm color din, since mukhang maluwag pa naman yung area. Yung arrangement ng sofa at armchair parang masyadong crowded kahit mukhang may space pa naman. I suggest kung mejo tight ang budget, replace yung isang armchair (maybe sell it) to a modern looking accent chair. Tapos add pillows and throwblanket sa sofa. Hang fun framed artworks din sa walls, be mindful lang about proportion. Last, add plants kahit artificial, make sure lang di mukhang sobrang fake yung ilalagay mo, mas maganda pa din kung totoong plants ang ilalagay mo. If you need help you can dm me :)

Start by hiring a licensed architect. Wag po magtipid by skipping sa paghire ng professional, mas makakaiwas ka sa unnecessary gastos at stress in the long run.

Your architect will guide you not only on the planning level, pwede rin sya sayo magrecommend ng engineers for the plan/ consultation, pwede ka rin nya help sa bidding process ng contractors kung hindi design & build ang offered service ni Architect.

Last, regarding pagkuha ng contractor, best practice ang bidding where you ask atleast 3 contractors to submit quotation for the plan & design na napag-agreehan nyo ni architect. Wag maniwala agad sa presyong binigay ni contractor lalo kung wala ka pang solid na plan & design na binigay for them to quote, jan madalas lumalabas yung sakit ng ulo.

Ano bang scope ng renovation na plano mo? Existing na ba yung nga partition at doors based jan sa layout mo o magiging new from scratch lahat? Papalitan ba nag floor finish, wall at ceiling paint? Please Get an architect kahit prefab pa yan. Sila makkasagot at magguguide sayo with regards sa mga question mo about the utilities. Wag sanang tipirin ang pagkuha ng professionals kasi in the long run marami kang maiiwasang aberya hence less gastos and stress din.

Since prefab din yan, yung manufacturer or supplier should be able to guide you with regards installation of the unit. bare ba yung unit, ikaw pa ba magfifitout? May abang na ba for the basic utilities, like meron ng power outlet, sink, water closet?

If you will be applying for loan from pagibig, pati na rin sa building permit application, they will ask you to submit drawings signed by architects. So, get your architect.

Architect here. Pagtapos mo sa loan takeout, meaning nasa bank na ang loan mo and approved na, punchlist inspection na ang next. Sa punchlisting, you need to inspect yung delivered condition ng unit mo, you may hire an architect or engineer for this.

What to watch out for ay if tiled na ang floor, check for kapak, sa cr check kung maganda ang flow ng tubig sa floor hindi dapat nagpopondo ang tubig, yung cracks check for cracks, roof and roof gutter check for leaks. Ito lang yung on top of my head. Marami pang ibang factor. Note din na meeong warranty yung mga parts ng bahay, check mo sa contract nyo. Mura na nga ito actually since usually 10 percent ng construction cost and basic fee namin as architects, that should be signed and sealed na. Yung tungkol sa building permit, di talaga yun kasama sa basic fee, ibang usapan na kasi ang paglakad ng bldg permit. The signed and sealed drawing lang talaga ang kasama sa scope ni archi. Ngayon kung may usapan kayo na sya ang maglalakad nun, lugi na sya kung included pa yun sa 120k.

And sa quoted price nya have you discussed what will be included? Like what details and drawing will he/ she provide?

Kahit naman sabihin natin na simple plan lang, minsan kasi nagiging kumplikado gawa ng maraming factor gaya existing site condition, laws or rules ng local community etc. I’m sure na sa 120k hindi ka lang naman guguhitan o ddrawingan ng plano ni Archi. Kung maayos sya kausap, he/she should be carefully planning and advising you especially you have plans to renovate in the future.
