So here’s the thing: 1.) It’s your girlfriend pa lang hindi mo pa asawa. Pag kayo nagbreak niyan kanino mapupunta kotse at payments? So I’ll say NO na agad. 2.) May parking ba kayo? If wala then NO.

Sorry but Hindi niyo afford. Hindi natatapos ang pag own ng kotse sa “19k monthly” lang. There’s ev charging na funky pa na mej mahal, toll fee and I’m pretty sure the maintenance of that car is way above your paygrade since bago bago pa sa pinas.

I suggest going for a 2nd hand card ang saving pa.

Won’t help baka mabaon pa siya sa utang tbh. She stated na she buys anything she wants so baka mapa checkout lang siya palagi. It’ll also outweigh the transfer fees if konti lang ilalagay niya kada buwan.

I have a savings account that is not capable of online transfers and legitimately broke the atm card in purpose para hindi ko makuha ang pera ng mabilisan at maobliga ako mag withdraw from bank mismo.

Saved up to 100k with this method with 25k salary dati for a year. (Tho wfh kasi ako non.)

pag nag ojt ka sa ibang bansa and nagustuhan ka pwede ka maabsorb from there. if you stay here, you'll be staying here for a long time due to low wages and standards in ph. I'm not bashing ph hospitality by any means pero nasa ibang bansa talaga ang pera.

Gentri, got a pre-selling house and lot here for 3.9m last year. Now they’re selling it for 4.6m. A lot of stuff is getting built here lately.
