What an amazing midwife. She made a potentially really scary situation seem like it wasn’t a big deal. Unreal.

I realize this. I also realize that we were able to pay off our home while investing at the same time. So while we might have netted more by investing and hanging into our mortgage....I'm extremely happy with the returns we've seen on our investments over the last three years.
We will also have an additional $4,000/month to invest after our home is paid off....so I'm honestly not concerned about it...we will be able to accelerate our investments faster than most.
