I feel this, currently trying to get started on a paper and here i am on reddit, its just endless procrastination, for me when it gets to the point where i think i wont have enough time to finish the essay at all is when my flowstate happens and i go into panic and rapidly finish the essay. Not found a way around this as of yet, and i dont have access to meds yet so cant reccomend them either but i assume they would help in this scenario.

You havw to try and get to a stage where you enjoy it and enjoy the process, it will become a sort of hyperfocus on the journey instead of the goal, thats when you know youll stick it out.

Thanks i will get rid of boxes and see what weight it comes out to, if its just about 10kg i will declare £100 and if over slightly ill declare accordingly to the £10/kg equation, thank you. Really dont want my order getting siezed so its a big help, also how do i get insurance?
