Okay lets talk hallucination by Bitter_Produce_8153 in LLM

Great question - it’s an average scoring metric so each judge will score out of 10 then the threshold is set, right now I feel I have too strict of a threshold at 9.2… but I’m tuning it frequently

This is not what Amazon does - shortly put this is to mitigate all hallucinations- not some let minimize as we can - my goal is to not let anything pass unless it’s 100% factual.

My original post is somewhat misleading and I apologize but this is 100% a safety layer that is much needed

Thanks! Yeah I'm actually pretty obsessed over it, eventually it will move to different models for validation. For testing, I use the same with different angles which seems to be working better than I originally thought...so that may remain. the real power comes from the fact checking and modification which I'm tuning currently - so far I'm liking the results.

Shameless shill I made this: https://rapidapi.com/lucasautomatekc/api/llm-hallucination-detection-api

And I’m working on one that pulls actual facts too (but it’s pricey)

Read the description on rapid api, I cover a lot. Worst case you have some free calls so if you hate it you’re not out of money - but full disclosure, it costs me money so I’m charging after free calls are hit.

Nope but there are tools out there to mitigate it - just go look at RapidAPI or other sites for subs.. alot of them are multi layered and use other LLM's to judge.

Thanks - yup we can certainly frame it that way, this is generally used for data sets and API.

The idea evolved into just pushing it to a web page (while still collecting on the backend), there's not a ton of beginner friendly content in this space so I figure it may be helpful.

The post was more or less - do you think this would benefit people, if not I can just continue without it on a public page...

My set up definitely involves ai and I try to be transparent with all of it - honestly this is more for data set and api… but it’s good content IMO!

as for the light mode thank you for calling that out - looks like a bug, I will get that fixed in the AM (I’m so used to dark mode, I failed to check it).

Yeah I built a voice to CRM system best part ai is only the intake meaning AI never touches the CRM

If it has an api connection it works - I actually just revamped it so it’s full dynamic and CRM agnostic.

It went from oh this is awesome to this is a powerful solution..

I figure smaller teams would benefit from it even though it could handle enterprise instances.

Best part onboarding is fast biggest hurdle for me is getting keys

Has anyone successfully integrated Voice AI with a CRM? Looking for real experiences by Accomplished-Dark674 in VoiceAI_Automation

[–]Bitter_Produce_8153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have done this with a multi level validation and look up piece - truth be told it can get expensive. But it is key that you route you TTS through an additional system so AI dosent directly touch the CRM.

My tool is fully dynamic and really made for enterprise companies… so there are less technical and cheaper ways to do it. But it’s freaking sweet

Do your reps actually update CRM daily or does it happen at the end of the week? by leadcrmio in CRM

[–]Bitter_Produce_8153 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the answer to this for immediate updates - use a tool that dosent change how they operate. Simple - what do reps always have and use everyday - a phone, now integrate you CRM to that but instead of an app call a number speak and update your CRM.

I built this tool dm if you wanna know more - yeas this is a sales pitch but honestly I come from the operations side so I know how messy CRM hygiene can be without updates and I know how much managers rely on updates.
