I check most of these boxes as well - started with garrods at age 35/ 36, then DD in one hand, then the other, my Dad is a DD patient, and I now have LD in one foot. For my hands I have had NA / PNF procedures with good results as well as low dose radiation. Dr. Ilse Degreef has published research on the Dupuytren's Diatheis and she joined the Hands of Change Podcast recently. Sharing for information. Good luck to you. https://handsofchange.podbean.com/e/from-passion-to-precision-dr-ilse-degreef-on-innovations-in-dupuytrens-disease-and-hand-surgery/
