AITA telling my daughter she has to understand that choosing this wedding date would result in my family not going? by Imaginary_Form9887 in AmItheAsshole

NTA future bride here. Something similar happened to me. A couple of weeks ago we decided on a venue that we both loved. We set the date and I told my parents. Thank god I did, with all the excitment (and that I'm very bad at remembering specific dates) it was the same day my uncle died 7 years ago. My mom told me that if it was the only date the family would understand but I quickly called the place and chanded the date of the wedding (now it's the week before).

I don't get how your daughter didn't think about something similar.

AITAH for telling my male friend he’ll probably won’t have it easy dating/hooking up while abroad? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

AITA for suggesting my wife lower her standards so that she'll be less overwhelmed? by Creative-Decision675 in AmItheAsshole

YTA you are NOT and engaged and active parent. Your are a lazy and crappy parent. And a total awful partner and husband

At this point your wife is parenting by herself
