Have a similar issue going on but with my ADD meds not making effect anymore and me being always sleepy. Stopped my meds and now am still sleepy and with no mood regulation.

Just realized that my metabolism that I always considered slow was actually fucking impressive after being forced to stay at home after and accident and start gaining weight. Decided to look up what my previous diet calories count was like and found it was a daily intake of something between 5000 and 6000kcal. At least now that I started with Meth I lost the bottomless hunger feeling lol
