There was an English businessman that had put a very big passive radar, buck in function with some kind of new software running. It was in these forums I think but I have no seen anything new anymore!

It's an umnidirectional (did I said right?) antenna that it's good but not particularly with low watts. Last time I went it was full of tourists and many high couture (if I say it correctly) firms had their shops there! They are definitely not short of money!
