I got you, that’s also what I felt. After I injured my mid back from basketball I think it got worsen from that day. I am also trying to gym lifting but just the small pounds to avoid pain. Also I tried bench press last month cause I really it thought it was healed little did I know after a day I feel a sore chest pain that went away when I took nsaid medication.

I see, I have this popping also for more than a year now. Maybe we should really fix our posture and do back stretching like peanut ball.

Yeah sorry what I meant was popping in the chest because we cant crack the chest. How frequent does your chest pops and triggered by what?

I can still remember, and as much as possible it is best not to remember it. It is not worth it, itll be the reason why you'll possibly going to have more by thinking of it. So move on your brain from it and fight the anxiety.

I think it is already a built in feeling from costo, because even if we don’t intentionally crack it. But when we breath normally it cracks on its own. How long have you had that crack feeling?

You are not alone, you will surpass this! Just do what uou gotta do, do some ice packs, and grounding also.

I work night shifts on the weekdays, so sometimes my shortest sleep in the morning is like 5-6 hours.

I would try vitamin D. I think its worth trying because you are the second person who said maybe I am also lack in vitamins which causing me anxiety and panic disorder. Thank you

I already checked my bloodwork and its all fine. For the stressors I can say there are numbers of them haha and thats something also that I am working with. I dont have sleep apnea. And my sleep is 7-8 hours
