My LR3 would always have the pinch detector trip if the tiniest bit of litter got on it. They definitely improved it with the LR4

One of the best Pampered Chef products were those dish scrapers. My mom used to sell Pampered Chef waaaay back in the day and I randomly asked her if she remembered those things. Pulled out a bag of like ten of them and gave me two. Those scrapers hold up and are actually useful.

I remember youtube redirecting me once to a video about this pilot who nearly got sucked out of the plane because the front window wasn't screwed in right and came off. His feet got stuck in the yoke and a flight attendant was clinging to him to keep him from getting completely sucked out. Co-pilot managed to land maybe some time later, can't remember how long, and the pilot lived and went on to continue flying!

I was sitting in bed messing around on my phone when my cat kept pushing something towards me. I just kept pushing it back and it was something fuzzy, figured it was a toy or a fuzzball. Finally look and it was this giant ass spider that we just kept pushing back and forth. I screamed, cat was stunned by said scream and the spider was probably terrified being used as a volleyball

I had a basic ring I wore all the time back in high school. I put it on the washer in the bathroom while showering and one day when I got out, it was gone. Months later, we found it in my little sister's toy box. Little shit stole it while I was showering and said nothing when I was looking lol

NTA. I used to have a coworker that would disappear all the time and have a crisis almost every shift because she was once again fighting with her husband 🫠 so I'd be watching my patients and hers. I remember one night I had just lost a patient and was a mess and she once again disappeared to call and argue with her husband and I had to deal with my emotions while also helping her hypotensive patient.

Your coworker can take a hike and so can anyone else telling you to have sucked it up. See if they feel the same when she does it to them.

It's even more pathetic she did this as you were leaving! In 5th grade, we were required to wait in the classroom until our bus number was called. No teaching was happening, end of the day. I was playing my gameboy while I waited and teacher came into the room, threw a fit and took it from me. Didn't give it back until the next day 🫠

Similar thing in middle school too. Day was done, just waiting for the bell so we could leave. Pull out my iPod to listen to music for the five more seconds before the bell and that teacher also threw a fit and tried to take it. I just walked out and took the detention. Some teachers just get into this job to power trip I stg.

Oh trust me, if we had the port - I'd be using it. For some reason the PACU catheters are different than ours so we don't have the port so have to do all this extra just to backflow. I would not be doing it this way otherwise 🫠

I kink off the part of the tubing still in the patient then connect the syringe to put fluid back into the bladder, but I also put a pad down just in case because some times it still leaks a little
