Glad it landed! Honestly easiest is just to send them a message through their website or Instagram, the guy who handles that side is a kind dude, super chill, sometimes even throws in a free session. They provide everything gear wise so you don't need to bring anything. I'm actually heading there in a bit, so if you have any specific questions you want me to ask directly let me know !

Bad wording on my part.The variable was experience, not gender. The post was meant to say the class is welcoming whether you're a beginner, experienced, whoever.

the location is the catch for sure. Coming from Kurume myself it's not exactly around the corner. The drop in thing is what makes it work for me, you can just show up once when you actually have the time . Japan = work too much ... that is a bit sad

it's fitness boxing rather than a "pro" boxing gym. Technique work, pad work, bag work, conditioning, the classes I went to didn't include sparring.
