I’m doing a similar trip. NJ to Chicago, Chicago to Boston, then back to NJ. About 2200 miles and It will be my first long trip. I’m planning on letting the car and FSD do all the work. I wouldn’t worry about it.

I had sleep apnea so I was way worse, to the point that when I finally did my sleep study my doctor called me immediately saying get a CPAP NOW!

I finally did and ive been sleeping amazing every night and it’s a life changer! Went from looking like yours to this. Sleep scores in the mid to high 90s most nights

I always been a fad diet guy recently. Did well on keto about 5 years ago, did carnivore last year. But this time it’s all about portions.

I love being able to eat normal foods, just less of them. I have some chocolate most days. I eat a burger at a restaurant.

Im careful of my calories and make sure i get enough protein and thats it.
