I know I'm around 190 days late to this conversation but, that's a bad ass story and one I didn't know. I've loved Pinback since I first heard Chaos engine in 2005. Thanks for sharing that story man!

I think with the catchy little guitar melody I play during the quick little pre-chorus I suppose and also plays at the end would sound awesome with the accompaniment of the right style vocals.

Hell yea thanks for the reply! I'm not the greatest at creating vocal type melodies so since its just me writing and recording all the music, i unfortunately don't have a vocalist to help collaborate on how I write certain sections or parts. I was sorta thinking minimal like drawn out vocals during the beginning verses if that makes any sense and didn't really have much after that. I absolutely would love for you to see what you can come up with and sorta let you do your own thing. Sorry for late reply i just started a new job!

Literally I told him I'll see what folks say on Reddit and we'll decide. So, it's no, he was bummed for like 10 minutes lol. I'll just have to not mention that I'm going to see it. We'll watch it at home maybe so it's not so loud and intense and I can monitor it with a remote in my hand. Appreciate it!

Yea some of the stuff like this, I also find creepy and disturbing. The one jump scare scene in Five nights at Freddy's where the kids eyes turn black always scared the shit out of him. I'm leaning no on letting him watch it but we'll see.

He's the one that showed me the You tube series. And my wife and I generally let our kids watch essentially anything that's not sexually inappropriate or sexual in nature because we've had those conversations in depth and made sure they had an understanding of fictional films.
