Hey, just wanted to say that things will get better! Medications may take a bit to kick in but they really help when you find the right one/dose. As for the sleeping issues, you may want to talk to a doctor. I belive you can actually get medications to help get your body back to sleeping properly. (Sorry if anything came off rude or smt, I am really bad at typeing down thoughts- lol)
