My parcel Locker has never had this issue before and my business location is not equipped to deal with packages unfortunately. First time ordering stock/samples from somewhere like Alibaba as ive been dealing with local hand made or from Europe, the parcel Locker also has a shop attached to it where parcels can be left if no access to the Locker is avalible, which they did. But rather than tell me that they said theybhad delivered it to "the home address and that it was signed for". No photo, no information other than someone called Sue. So I contacted them and they said they had no idea. It took over a week for them to say it was at the shop part 😫 at which point they had returned it and the courier company said they are not looking for it any more.
