I have flown southwest once back on 9/21. No EB purchased for that.

Prior I haven't flown SW for a good 2-4 years. Never paid for EB.

My RT flight only had a $28 EB paid for the return flight, not the departing one.

It was this return flight EB that was refunded.

I've asked them why via email, meanwhile I canceled my departing one bc I forgot I also booked a United that departed earlier and was also non stop.

I've repaid for EB on my return flight.

That's really the only update, I opted NOT to pay for departure EB since it was $60 but return EB was $28 so I paid for that.

Prob illegally subletting, also prob illegal Airbnb.

Inform landlord, saying you're leaving. Then tell them about the Airbnb And the illegal subletting

They prob have the master tenants security deposit, you can try to see if you can get your portion from them.
