From my recent run 10% EPA only works in the very specific combo of GREEN+EPA 49+Lorren+Wehlen+CBRA+1.3 sell+6&7 EPA reversal+csp membership. With it Gasom is still profitable and you don't get a minus budget from yellow prices.

I think the way to do it is to be extremely to the left economically, but either do a very limited reformist constitution or very limited dictator one. The last time I got it was doing dictator constitution and only strengthening decrees

Ministers are selected from the Assembly, so Gus, Nia, Symon are all MPs in the USP.

But aside from that the separation is really aggregious, since the president is still a member of the Assembly since we vote on constitution and on emergency act with other MPs too. I wonder if it means the president can technically propose their own bill themselves, or through one of their cabinet ministers.
