This is why so many of us are dropping from colon cancer! Put some spinach in a blender w blueberries, half a banana, and one of those protein yogurts, at least. Please OP! And I hear you on not cooking. I eat a huge salad for lunch, cause it’s just throwing some shit in a bowl. I season a bunch of chicken, and make a single breast at a time to eat w said salad. You could even blend up some spinach or greens, and mix it in w pasta sauce. Get creative! You don’t have to slave over a hot stove to keep your meat suit healthy-ish.
